MessageSpace is a four year-old digital agency with our own premium network of politics focused sites.  The role we are creating involves working with tier one agencies, driving revenue through the development and implementation of creative briefs and producing strong sales strategies.

On a day to day basis you will be expected to be out and about as much as possible, not only presenting your ideas but also doing client entertaining. You will have at least 3 years online sales experience with a good track record in forging relationships and revenue generation. Whilst this firm is recognised within its market sector, you will need to be proactive in your approach and seeking out new opportunities. An ability to think laterally, be consultative in your approach and not afraid to challenge the norm is required.

As the sales director you will be expected to build a sales team, the role comes with a very competitive basic salary (£40,000 – £50,000), a realistic achievable commission structure plus a company credit card and smart phone. The target is to increase the yield on the 25 million plus spots per month which run across our network of politics focused websites.
